Policies and guidelines

• Deposit of one night's stay per room required for confirmation.
• Reservations are required; the first night's deposit must be paid in advance. Guests with stays of five days or more rquire an additional deposit of one half of reservation up front.
• Rates vary based on length of stay - please inquire.
• No smoking.
• Please keep alcohol consumption to a minimum.

Refunds and cancellations

• Cancellations 10+ days prior $20 fee.
• Early departure from the reserved dates is considered a cancellation and subject to full payment.
